I have been recording the images to an external hard drive and have the transfer mode set to "PC only." Setting the camera to manual focus mode worked! Thanks for the advice. The camera no longer stops every night at 6 pm. Do you know if there is a workaround for this error in the stable version of the software? I am having trouble installing the beta version (see prior post). Trouble installing beta version

I am having trouble installing the beta version. I am getting an error message that says: Setup Failed ... 0x80072ee7 - Unspecified error. I am running Windows 8.1. I've attached the log file and a screen shot for you to see. Any ideas?
