Thank you for your suggestion and sorry for the delay getting back to you. I implemented your suggestion but it did not help. I think DigiCamControl sees the camera because the battery indicator is correct but the capture button is grayed out. Any other suggestions for the D3100? Would the Nikon D51...

I am running a PC with Windows 10 Pro V1803 Build 17134.765. My DigiCam Control is V2.1.1.0.

Two months ago DigiCam recognized my camera and all was okay. Today (6/1/2019) DigiCam will not recognize my camera and I do not understand why. Suggestions?
