Downloaded v.2.1.1.0 and running Windows 7 64 bit. Download and installation was fine but the program won't open. I get the logo with the spinning wheel and it immediately gets stuck with a "Loading..." message. It then freezes my computer so I have to force shut down with the power key. I...
