This is great Duka! Just this morning I tested the dual camera solution using my D750 and D810 and now I'll be able to add my Sony a6300. The question I have is whether the wired connections of the Nikons be compatible with the wifi input of the Sony. I'm still trying to figure out the wifi interface, but I know the new Sonys are fairly (actually VERY) wifi compatible.

Yes it is compatible, the new Sony cameras officially will work only using wifi connection, and seems work very well, much stable that the Nikon wifi solution.

So Duka, This is probably a little more elementary than you might have expected, but where are the instructions for making the wifi connection. It's easy to set the camera to broadcast a wifi signal, and I assume that the PC laptop can log onto the new wifi SSID (and Sony shows the password on the wifi screen), but does the digcamcontr recognize the wifi signal by itself, or is there another app that has to be started?

You should connect you pc first to camera wifi (like when you connect to a wifi access point) http://www.digitalcitizen.life/how-conn ... windows-10

Hi Dusta,
great work you are doing here.
Installed the beta release of DCC yesterday.
I have a Sony A7 and Win10, easily connected via WiFi as you explained.
For the moment I can see that Live View has a problem and is not showing due to JSON error (log sent).
I could take pictures and do timelapse.
I have an error when doing Braketing.
When DCC closes and I restart it says "application already running"; task manager cannot kill the process,
I have to reboot PC.
I will test the other options and give feedback as soon as I can.
Cheers

That's great, thank you.
Lv now works fine and also the hanging process closing the program seems gone,
I can open and close the program without errors.
Other issues I see I can only choose ISO rating, no shutter speed, aperture or WB, or any other option.
I have the camera since Tuesday so still learning to use it, but I will obviously also try to test other
things on your program when I can.
Thanks and keep up the good work.

Hi!
I am trying to use a sony a6300 camera with DigiCamController and OBS in order to stream live on Facebook. I managed to use live view with my camera connected via wifi, but the plugin for OBS appeared once in the sources menu and then disappeared. I tried reinstalling everything and it didn't work.
Do you have any advice for me?
Thanks!
M.
