Cannot connect RX10 Mkiii

Hi all, I cannot connect my RX10 Mk iii to the program. I connect with a USB and set the USB mode on the camera to MTP. I turn it on and the screen on cam shows that it is connected via MTP. Digicam pops up notification that it's connected. In the program, under Camera, camera property it shows that it is connected but nothing at all works. No controls, no preview, nothing. Can see the camera in Explorer and pull files etc.

Can anyone help? I really want to use this for a lesson tomorrow evening!
