Can't access sony Alpha 6000 camera settings

Hello!
Just found this amazing software..
I've managed to connect my "new" Sony Alpha6000 trough the remote control sony app (instead no luck with usb)
I would like to use DigiCamControl to make a step motion video, and i was wondering how to achieve to control the various camera settings, like shutter speed, white balance and so on...
I can trigger the shots but the camera settings dropdown are "empty", both on live view and in the main window.
