how to configure USB to UART trigger

Hello,
I want to use digiCamControl with my slit lamp, but I could not configure trigger on the joystick of the slit lamp
this trigger is connected to computer through "Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge (COM5)
Help me please!

You can try to use arduino plugin (Plugin->Tools), which can be configure to execute a action when a information com from communication port
