D3400 Internal Mic Capture

Using OBS and digi to stream through twitch. After 2 hours of fiddling finally got liveview working properly but no mic.
Best thing is the d3400 doesn't have a ext mic port but the d3300 did

Noticed in liveview on digi that audio is being picked up from the camera, but it's just being displayed not captured. Anyway around this or am I going to have to buying either a hdmi adapter or a physical mic?
