Low resolution image in preview and other changes in 2.1

I use this software for astro and focusing is the most critical part of the process. Update 2.1 has changed two things that were important to anyone that uses this software to focus their scope. One is the preview image that pops up is of lower resolution than the file image. And two, when I zoom in to examine a star closely, then make an adjustment and take another shot, the next image preview zooms back out to full screen. the previous versions always kept with your previous settings so you could easily continue to view the same star again and again till you know your on focus. I hope that I'm missing something. otherwise ill have to find a way to revert back to the previous versions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've reloaded the software (twice) and the resolution issue seems to have settled itself and I've found a way around the zoom settings. Changing the image size box from "fit" to 200% seems to have the desired effect for keeping zoomed on one place in the image.
