Digicam Crash

Hi Team,

We have install digicam software to 2 sites and it was running absolutely fine. We have just upgraded the digicam to the new version (2.1) and the software is keep crashing or hanged. We have to restart the software or the camera. Now we have rolled back to the older version but still having the issues. We are clicking around 400 pics every day. Sometimes we are getting MTP error, not sure if this is helpful or not.

Camera:--

Site 1 - D7200 and Software - 2.0.74.0 - Windows 10 Pro
Site 2 - D5000 and Software - 2.0.0.0 - Windows 10 Pro
