Issues with images flipping upside down

My camera is rigged vertically, and for about a year the photos would be horizontal in file folders, but would display in digicam vertically (which is perfect). Recently, the photos after i take them are displaying upside down (they still appear in file folders horizontally). Shown in attachment 2.

Did i accidentally hit some setting? I don't think I have changed anything. My settings are in attachment 1

I use this software almost daily, so its weird all of a sudden it has changed. Also, when i click the 'rotate' arrow twice to flip it right side up, the picture is then mirrored. Don't know what that indicates.
