Help with Filename Template Editor

Hello,
I want to create a filename template [Counter 2 digit].
Please let me know how I do with a plugin as described in the help pages:
The templates can be extended via plugin system. The available plugins :
[Counter x digit] - the session counter value with total length of X character filed with leading 0
