Delay is not working

I am shooting with 3 cameras (all canon of different models) and studio flash lights.
When I shoot simultaneously only one camera manages to trigger the lights. I guess it’s because the flash needs time to recharge. So I’ve set delay of 20 sec (I’ve tried different ones), but it’s not working with delay, just goes quickly one after the other. Is it a big? Or it’s me doing anymething wtong?

How big of a delay can you set up, by the way? Is there a cap on it?

Not sure but not even the 1st time reduction worked...pretty sure you can stack it also but thats not working either
