digiCamControl

Hello,
I downloaded this software for the first time this week and tried it out yesterday. I never got further then the startlogo and the loading bar.
I need to end the programm by the control panel, or reboot my computer.
This morning I readed some topics here, I installed version 2.01.06 but it I have still the same problem.
I'm using Windows 10 Home version (built 1803).
Can anyone help me with this problem. I need to have it up and running before my course next Tuesday.

It is working now...
Thanks to the tip of Dukan Istvan. I renamed the folder programmdata/digiCamControl into DigiCamcontrol_old and it works now.

same here, i tried to instal 3 different versions, and all they three never got further then loading bar. i try to see the past topics on support, but nothing works for me.

Try to delete the c:\ProgramData\digiCamControl folder

I had the same problem.
Been using v2.1.0 for a while with no problems. I installed v.2.1.1 and it crashed my laptop (win7Pro x64 with all updates).
Then DC wouldn't run at all. (rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted...)
Removed, rebooted, installed v2.1.0 and this wold not now run SAD NOW
Looked for folders under Prog files... to delete. all gone.
saw this and deleted the c:\ProgramData\digiCamControl folder, and it now works on v2.1.0 again

Right now Im not at home with my computer but I have my controller with me and I tested on my parents computer and same problems... USB not recognized...

I tried the usb tool and this is the report see attachement.
