Nikon D3500 Tethering Instructions

Please help, I just bought a Nikon D3500, downloaded digicamcontrol and it is not recognizing my camera or I must be doing something wrong.

Same with me.
I have no idea, which setting I should use on the camera - as I suspect this to be the fault.
Any help gladly welcome

Solved: cable was defunct !
