External trigger failed in live view mode

Hi:
I am try to take a picture in liveview mode with external trigger, but failed. Busy was prompted on the camera（5D MARK III）.When I turned off the liveview mode, everything going well.So, what's the problem？Is it the reason for the camera settings？
The version of DigiCamera is 2.1.1.0.
