First of all, thanks for creating this nice software. I've been using it for a while, but the other day I had to move to another computer (both are with Win7), and the software does not work there. Installation goes fine, but as I launch the program, it crushed immidiately.
The system report is as follows:

Try to install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... x?id=48145
Re: 2.0.0.0 - Crush on start
Unfortunately, this installation fails for some reason.
As I understand, Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2013 is not enough, is it?

Wonderful program (now)! I'm a total novice who has been frustrated for several days. Running Windows7 SP1 with NET Framework 4.6.2. Using a Nikon D7100. Got exactly the same CLR20r3 report as pauldol except for the OS version and "Problem Signature 05: 7.0.0.0" I got "Problem Signature 05: 7.0.0.22".
Everything seemed fine for a few seconds after taking a pic when the program stop working and the CLR20r3 report popped up. It took a while but I found that the shut down occurred only when I tried to save to the PC alone or to both PC and camera. When saved to the camera only the program did not shut down but no results showed on the screen. Should there have been a screen image in this case? If not it severely limits usefulness. I found I was able to revive the program by deleting the DigiCamControl folder in the my photos library. Very frustrating
I'm a bit slow but I get there eventually. I was determined not to give up because I could see the potential of the program. Finally came across pauldol's problem and your recommendation to try "Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015". Installed without a problem. Beautiful!! The few things tried so far are working perfectly. Thank you.
