Negative Exposure Comp not working

Testing this on a D3100, everything works as expected except negative exposure compensation values. Basically it acts like this:

Set value to 0 through +5: sets the value properly in the camera
Set value to -.3 through -5: does nothing

Same effect when using the auto bracketing in Digicameracontrol, all values that are supposed to be less than 0 are 0. Theres no errors anywhere in the log file. Digicameracontrol version 1.0 on windows 7 64bit SP1

Same here.

I'm using digiCamControl v1.0.0, Windows 8 64-bit and Nikon D3100.
