Canon 5DSR Full MTP Implementation

Is there a Canon 5DSR full MTP Implementation in the works?
Currently the Digicamcontrol uses Canon's SDK as the backbone, we would like it to have implemented a version which only uses the MTP.
If not, what can my company do to have this implemented.

On earlier stage of the application i tried a mtp implementation but give up because no official documentation about it, a another issue is i don't have at least a middle range canon camera for testing (i own just a 1100D)
