Onion skin preview

It would be useful to have an Onionskin facility where you can see the previous image as a transparent overly in the live view preview. This is used in the creation of animations so you can see and judge the movement needed for the next frame. a more advanced form would give several frames of pre roll.I can't find this facility in the help and forums but please let me know if it already exists. Thanks
