Uninstall Older versions before updating

Just noticed from installing v.89 beta that it won't run on my 64-bit Win 7 by just overwriting the old prog. I uninstalled the old first and it works fine. This is a different situation from previous installs. Tony

I've had the same experience, by habit I always uninstall, then reinstall. (I have some custom configuration so I make sure I keep a zip file with the old installation, in case I need to copy the old config file to the new install)
