Image transfer clogging

Post by piowoc » Sun Jun 02, 2013 9:57 pm

Hi,

when using dCC last time it happened to me that after taking a series of images quickly it stopped showing them in preview They were not in the filmstrip either, so probably the transfer from the camera to my laptop has been clogged and the software stopped working. I was shooting RAW, each file was about 42MB in size and the "Use parallel transfer" option was enabled in Settings. After disabling this feature the problem still existed.

Any ideas how to overcome this issue in the future?

Thanks!
Peter

Hi Duka,

have you had a chance to look through the log file I sent you last week?
Is there anything you could suggest to avoid the same problem in the future?
Thank you for all your help!
Regards,
Peter

Hi Duka,

I tried this new version, but it was even worse than before. I got constant problems with file transfer.
Please see the attached log file for details. Your help will be appreciated.
