HI all,
I recently seem to find myself working from home, socialising from home...
I'd like to use my Canon EOS1100D as a webcam. Zoom 'sees' digiCamControl virtual webcam, but fails to start. Google meet doesn't see it at all. Any help or suggestions would be hugely appreciated. I did search the forums, but came up with nothing.
Many Thanks
Paul

I have the same problem and cannot find out how to remedy it. Are there detailed, reliable instructions anywhere that tell how to connect digiCam to Windows 10 for use as a webcam? I've tried every YouTube tutorial that I've been able to find and none of them help. Thanks.

So make sure that your SLR is connected, in camera mode.
Open Digicam control.
Your camera will ask you to push the live view button on the camera.
Then go into live view in digicam control and click LV or live view, put it on full screen.
Then you have to hit share screen in Zoom or Skype and it should work.
But remember if you close the live view window you will have to hit the button on your
camera again first before restarting live view in digicam otherwise it glitches a bit.
Kind of frustrating if you have to restart the process due to having to change the SLR
batteries mid stream on your camera if you don't have a power adaptor. Digicam will
show your battery level as you stream.
