Using DigigCamControl with Windows XP

Hi, Is anybody having a problem loading the software onto Windows XP? No problems at all and works great with my Laptop running Windows 7. When I load the software on to my Laptop running Window XP with Net. 4 installed, it loads OK but the problem is indicated by the flashing on/off in the bottom right hand area of the screen where its say's Series + - / presets.. Can anybody help.??? Thx Dan
