This is a feature, show where the camera found the righth focus, you can tourn off in Settings->Show focus points

I am trying to have the downloaded images from Canon 5D MkIII (and eventually the EOS Rebel series) be auto rotated and saved that way. I can not seem to find a setting that allows that. Previous posts said it works, but the images downloaded from the camera into the computer folder are not auto rotated - just on your thumnails and preview on yor window in your software - but not on the saved auto-downloaded files.
