WiFi Support

This feature will not work with Canon cameras.

This feature works only if the pc wifi is connected to the device wifi using pc wifi network connection.

Using dslrdashboard server in tplink rooter

This solution use a cheap router TP-Link MR3040 with a custom firmware. The firmware was adapted by Hubai Zoltan so all credit goes to him.

If you change router firmware, you will lose router original functionality and warranty; so think twice, act once.

After firmware update only things remain to connect camera to router and your pc/laptop/tablet to router using WiFi connection.An IP dialog will show up where you can set the server IP number, which in most cases will be 192.168.1.1

Not working:

• connect multiple cameras
• download Raw files - will hang the application
• auto discover router
• any Canon cameras

Using WU-1a or WU-1b adapter or built-in wifi

Before using this feature the user should pair the local machine wireless with the WU-1a/1b/D5300/D750/D5500 wireless using network connection (Like connecting to wifi router) .

Using Yi Action Cammera

Connect camera using wifi network interface. The default password is 1234567890

Using Sony Cammera

1. In camera Menu->Application->Smart remote control
2. Connect pc with camera using pc wifi connection (credentials are displayed in camera display)
3. In digiCamControl connect to camera using wifi connection button (top bar) selecting Sony device
