Hi yes, I have a problem with 4K video production. 1080 works fine but 4K not so. I noticed something about FFMPEG at the beginning of the processing. Should I start here?

Thank you. I think I've updated to the latest version of FFMPEG and am about 40% of the way through processing a new video. Fingers crossed.

I'll see about a screen shot, here's what is listed; ffmpeg version N-74869-ga87ada5 © 2000 - 2015 the FFMPEG developers.

I installed digiCamcontrol 2.0.17.0 on my 32 bit Asus machine running Windows 10. It installed OK, but halts before it can run. I just get the splash logo for the bootup.
I also have a Windows XP machine in the camera room and it won't install on that one at all.
It returns the error code 0x80072ee7 unspecified error.
There is a link on the line above the error code which refers to a log file, but the link is inoperative.

So right now digiCamControl doesn't work at all for me.
Any help or suggestions?

If the digicam program won't work, how do we send a log file?

Hi Don
I had the same problem when I installed 2.0.1.17 into the same directory as 2.0.0.0 thinking it would just overwrite the exisiting version. To solve it I had to uninstall DCC, delete all the files in the c:\digicamcontrol directory then reinstall 2.0.17.0 and it seems to work fine now!.
I`m using Win 10 64bit pc.

There is no available this version.
