too slow picture capturing via command line

Hey guys, every time when I run the terminal command like

Code: Select all

CameraControlRemoteCmd.exe /c capture c:\pictures\capture1.jpg
there is always a delay of 6 seconds until the program shoots a picture with my Nikon D5100. Every time the program has to search the connecting with my camera which takes time until the command can continue by shooting finally a pic.
I wrote a small software in VB to manage the control via an Interface, but every time there is the delay / search with the successful output "new device is connected". Do you have any ideas? To be honest, I didnt use the software for longer time, but last time the pics was taken much faster
I already updated digicam as well...
