Adding new or editing exisiting data after csv file imported

Hi. I find the Barcode window and the importing of data very useful. It's ideal for my purpose, but I have 2 questions
1) I have now imported a csv file into my Barcode window. How do I add more lines? Do I have to delete all the line and import the whole CSV file again? Is there the ability to add or edit the data?
2) I have noticed that only 1 photo can be associated with line of data (Filename field) What if I take more than one photo of the same subject? It will only record the last photo taken. Any other solution?
