Preview in Live View Works Intermittently

Hello Duka and Team,
Thank you for developing this software and helping me.
I shoot RAW with D300S with Digicamcontrol 2.1.1.0 on Windows 10 4K Display - RAW only, Save to PC only.
I upgraded because the preview in live view only works sometimes for me, and it's nice when it works all the time.
The upgrade has not made this intermittent behavior disappear and I would like to know if this is due to something I can change or not.
I have send a log file through DCC help menu.
I have tried this solution, but to no avail:
