Hi, we have three Canons in our lab. We are controlling them remotely with Digicam. The orientation of the images that are taken sometimes rotates for no reason (the cameras are fixed). So I have a load of .cr3 images that have the wrong orientation (you can see the orientation of the .cr3 files by adding the 'orientation' tab in windows file explorer).
So I'm wondering:
1) how can I rotate these saved .cr3 files back to their original orientation?
2) how can I stop the random rotations happening in the first place?
Would be great if someone can help on this.
Tom
